A recruitment implementation service, or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), involves the temporary incorporation of one or more consultants specialized in a specific line of business. These individuals can work in the client’s offices or in our company’s offices, providing control and monitoring services exclusively for that client. Typically, they work with the client’s systems and procedures, utilizing their technological resources and tools.
These services are indicated for companies where the technical service department is not their main business activity, or if they have an additional specialized request that can efficiently address a specific peak in workload, or for companies with a start-up model that need temporary support for their launch, or during phases of high growth for specific projects.
The advantages are clear:
Furthermore, greater proximity to the client is achieved, as the consultant is generally in their offices, gaining firsthand knowledge of the client’s strategies and policies, resulting in shorter coverage periods.
Methodologically, this involves being involved in the entire workflow of the process, which can vary depending on the client’s requirements. We also often use complementary evaluation tools.
